Delivery, without surprises.

Allow 2–5 days for supplier dispatch, followed by an estimated 8–14 days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping is included in the displayed price. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout; import duties may be payable by the recipient.

Checkout supports the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan and Singapore. Your delivery address is collected securely during hosted checkout.

30 days to decide.

Unused or gently used items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact the store with your order reference before sending a return so that the correct return address can be provided. The buyer pays return postage unless the item arrived damaged.

A little reassurance.

The 12-month limited warranty covers the motor and heating film. It does not cover accidental drops or water entering the charging port. Include your order details and a description of the issue when requesting help.
